Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the policies that apply when you visit our website, request an estimate, schedule a service, approve work, or purchase exterior cleaning services from Prestige Pressure Washing.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, approving work, or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or schedule services.

These terms are intended to explain our standard business and service practices. Written estimates, invoices, proposals, or service agreements may include additional project-specific terms.

2. Services

Prestige Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, which may include pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, concrete cleaning, driveway cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, patio cleaning, deck cleaning, fence cleaning, storefront cleaning, building washing, community cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services.

The exact work included in a project is limited to the services identified in the accepted estimate, proposal, invoice, written communication, or other agreement.

3. Estimates, Pricing, and Scope of Work

Estimates are prepared in good faith using the information, measurements, photos, site conditions, and service details available at the time. Unless otherwise stated, an estimate is not a guarantee that every stain, discoloration, biological growth, or surface imperfection can be completely removed.

Pricing or the scope of work may be adjusted when actual conditions differ materially from what was described or visible when the estimate was prepared. Examples include significantly larger areas, unusually heavy buildup, limited access, additional requested work, safety hazards, or concealed property conditions.

Additional work will not be intentionally performed and charged without customer approval, except when reasonably necessary to protect people, equipment, or property from an immediate hazard.

4. Scheduling, Arrival Times, and Weather

Service dates and arrival windows are scheduled based on availability, project needs, and expected weather. Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, earlier jobs, equipment issues, staffing, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Exterior cleaning may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, excessive wind, unsafe heat, water restrictions, or other conditions that could affect safety or service quality. A weather-related reschedule is not considered a failure to perform the service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before service begins, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas.
  • Ensure that gates, doors, and access points are unlocked when needed.
  • Secure pets, children, tenants, guests, and other individuals away from active work areas.
  • Close and secure windows, doors, vents, and other exterior openings.
  • Remove or protect fragile, valuable, electrical, decorative, or water-sensitive items.
  • Move vehicles, furniture, planters, grills, toys, and other movable objects when requested.
  • Identify known leaks, damaged surfaces, loose fixtures, electrical concerns, or other hazards before work begins.
  • Notify Prestige Pressure Washing of surfaces that have been recently painted, sealed, stained, repaired, or treated.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any permission required from a property owner, landlord, homeowners association, property manager, tenant, or other authorized party.

6. Pre-Existing Property Conditions

Exterior cleaning can reveal or affect pre-existing deterioration that was previously hidden by dirt, algae, mildew, oxidation, or other buildup. Prestige Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by or resulting from pre-existing defects, improper installation, age, neglect, deterioration, or materials that cannot withstand normal professional cleaning methods.

Examples may include:

  • Oxidized, faded, chalking, or sun-damaged siding and painted surfaces.
  • Loose, peeling, bubbling, or failing paint, stain, sealant, or coating.
  • Rotten wood, loose boards, splintering, warping, or deteriorated decking.
  • Cracked, loose, missing, or deteriorated mortar, brick, stucco, caulking, or concrete.
  • Existing leaks around windows, doors, roofs, vents, fixtures, or siding.
  • Loose siding, trim, gutters, downspouts, shutters, lights, signs, or decorative items.
  • Damaged screens, seals, wiring, outlets, fixtures, drainage systems, or plumbing.
  • Organic staining, rust, oil, paint, efflorescence, oxidation, artillery fungus, or other conditions that may not be fully removable.

Soft washing and pressure washing are intended to improve the appearance of a surface, not repair structural, cosmetic, drainage, installation, or maintenance defects.

7. Water, Utilities, and Site Access

Unless another arrangement is stated in writing, the customer agrees to provide access to a functioning exterior water source suitable for the scheduled work. The customer is responsible for ensuring that water service is turned on and that available fixtures are in working condition.

Prestige Pressure Washing is not responsible for a customer’s pre-existing plumbing defects, leaking spigots, damaged hoses, inadequate water pressure, or utility interruptions. If electrical access is required, outlets must be safe, functional, and properly protected.

8. Payments, Deposits, and Past-Due Balances

Payment is due according to the terms shown on the estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement. Prestige Pressure Washing may require a deposit, partial payment, card authorization, or payment in full before scheduling or completing certain services.

Payments may be processed through Square or another approved third-party payment provider. The customer agrees to provide accurate billing information and authorizes payment for approved services.

Past-due balances may result in paused service, canceled future appointments, collection activity, or other remedies permitted by an applicable agreement or law. Any returned-payment or chargeback issue must be addressed promptly.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling. A cancellation fee or loss of deposit may apply when stated in an estimate, proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or separate cancellation policy.

Prestige Pressure Washing may reschedule or decline service because of unsafe conditions, inaccessible work areas, unavailable water, aggressive animals, hazards, inaccurate project information, nonpayment, severe weather, or conduct that threatens the safety of customers, workers, contractors, or property.

10. Service Concerns and Opportunity to Correct

Customers should inspect the completed work and report any service concern as soon as reasonably possible. When a legitimate concern is related to the agreed scope of work, Prestige Pressure Washing should be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the issue before the customer hires another provider, initiates a chargeback, or seeks reimbursement.

Results vary based on surface age, condition, material, prior treatments, staining, and environmental factors. We do not guarantee permanent prevention of dirt, algae, mildew, weeds, staining, or biological regrowth after service.

11. Property Photos and Marketing

Prestige Pressure Washing may photograph or record work areas before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, training, insurance, dispute resolution, portfolio, website, or marketing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to intentionally display personal information, house numbers, license plates, people, or other identifying details in public marketing. A customer may request in writing before service that property images not be used publicly.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Governing Law
